Common mode choke coil has been downsizing with using higher initial permeability ferrite material to comply with smaller and higher performance for power supply device, and it is required for high permeability in higher frequency range by the recent noise regulation.
Now we have successfully developed new material 2H2C which has 30% higher initial permeability at 100kHz, comparing to existing material.
Initial Permeability 10 kHz: 10,000 (existing 10,000)
100 kHz: 9,000 (existing 7,000)
It also keeps high permeability at wider frequency range comparing to the existing material.
It is suitable for the applications of various noise common mode choke coils, communication noise choke coils.
